Pluto in Capricorn and Tuning into the Zeitgeist
Now that Pluto is settling in to Capricorn, for the next 15 years, we can expect to see some far reaching changes in the way we are governed and how big business conglomerates go about their affairs. I often think big business and big government go hand in hand but perhaps that’s just my paranoia.
Pluto is the Lord of Change and Capricorn represents, amongst other things, government and big business.Just how these changes will work out is anybody’s guess. I certainly don’t have a crystal ball and so will just have to wait and how the changes work out.
However astrology is a truly magic tool for tuning into the zeitgeist, or the mood of the moment. It is uncanny how often the stars reflect life on earth, as above so below, is a very true cosmic saying. Even without the use of a crystal ball an understanding of astrological theory can help unravel what is going on and why it’s going on.
Something I came across just recently was the news that Essex council was thinking of introducing loans to help small business’s get over the credit crunch. The person being interviewed could as yet not give hard and fast details of how they were going to achieve this, I guess he’s not got a crystal ball either. It did make me wonder if big government can’t get the big banks to lend to small business then perhaps it is up to small government, local councils, to find ways of helping a small business to survive.Maybe we are about to see a return to the old credit unions where people on a local level pool their resources and lend to others in the community.
Might this be a reflection of the current Saturn Uranus opposition ,where the need for change (Pluto) requiresnew ways of doing and looking at things (Uranus) andout weighs the security of the past (Saturn) and of the established order (Capricorn).
