Generally astrologers are of the opinion transits show where the outer world will be having an affect on your life. In reality what might this mean for you as an individual?
In the astrological world there is an emphasis on the planet Pluto at present. This is due to Pluto moving out of the sign of Sagittarius and entering Capricorn. Pluto has to do with change, power, new ways of thinking and clearing away ideas and ways of being which are past there sell by dates and are holding back further development. We can see this happening in the turmoil of the financial markets, which are undergoing a change which will have far reaching effects on how the finances of the world and the individual will be governed in the future.
There is not much each of us can individually do to change the impact or the happenings of this financial turmoil our world is facing at the moment. Even those whose job it is to deal with these momentous events seem to be having great difficulty in understanding what to do about this dodgy state of affairs. There does not even appear to be a consensus of where to pin the blame. So what can each of us do to have some sort of handle on theses events and how might they impact on our lives?
The outer planets of Uranus, Neptune and Pluto move very slowly around the zodiac. The Sun takes a year to move through all 12 of the signs whereas Pluto takes 248 years to complete the journey. As the journey of the 3 outer planets takes more than an average life time to travel through the signs they have more of a generational effect rather than a personal one.
The house which has Capricorn on the cusp is the area of the birth chart where Pluto is going to transit over the coming 16 years, until November 2024 in fact. It is this area of a birth chart where personal issues of power and control will be confronted. Don’t be misled into blaming Pluto for the problems or issues you may find yourself confronting. Try to see it as a gift from the universe and see it as an opportunity to confront and change some of your ideas and ways of being which are past the sell by date.
It is at the start of a sign change that the impact of a transit such as this can be felt. More so if one of the main angles of the birth chart or any of the planets are aspected by the transiting planet, in this case Pluto
