To keep body and soul together and supply the demands of the ego we have what are termed the tool planets. Consisting of Mercury the winged messenger aka Hermes, Venus who is seduction central and sex on legs, Mars our very own multi vitamin energy bar and Jupiter the biggest planet in the solar system. 
Could be our very own gossip columnist, avidly reading newspapers and magazines, anywhere there is information, happy spending hours on the telephone, chatting, keeping up with friends and family. A collector of the top ten lists, cars, haircuts, music, what’s in what’s out, anything as long as he is informed. He relates to the ability to receive and gather information. It is not a selective process and is concerned with what others know. It is information gathered through television, books and

She is our very own consultant of cool, in charge of input it is our sense of taste not only in food but also clothes, how we like to spend our down time and what we like to spend our money on. The inner and very often the outer warrior, might be the berserker, warrior monk skilled in martial arts, the cowardly lion from the Wizard of Oz or the urban warrior. He symbolises assertion, action and gives power to our will. it is the tool used for survival and to realise our ambitions. When the red mist descends or the red helmet is brought out and put on Mars is taking center stage. He can be the hero or the villain, the question is how much control does your ego have over him.
